1. The Mustard Seed – Cerritos, California
“Where culinary delight meets compassion.” The Mustard Seed is a 100 percent vegan restaurant known for their Cajun crab cakes – made with blackened hearts of palm with aioli – along with their wet burrito, hot honey chicken satay, and various grains and bowls. “The Hot honey chicken was the one that wowed me the most! The cornflake crust was crispy and the homemade honey sauce was flavor enough that I didn’t even use the ranch dip.” –Harmonie T, Yelp
